HWC Family Fitness & Guests of HWC

Family Fitness gives HWC members the opportunity to fit in fitness and enjoy much of HWC's extensive and unique amenities like: our refreshing outdoor pool, basketball, racquetball and tennis courts with their family.
FAMILY FITNESS HOURS:
SATURDAYS: NOON - 5:45 P.M.
SUNDAYS: 2 P.M. - 5:45 P.M.


ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING:

  • Family Fitness guests must be the child, grandchild or spouse of a member and are limited to four guests per member’s visit. ALL guests (Family Fitness and paid) must sign-in at the front desk.

  • Children under 9th grade are permitted to use the pools and courts (basketball, racquetball and tennis).

  • Children under 9th grade must be accompanied by a parent, grandparent or another adult sibling living within the same household at all times.

  • Children under 9th grade are not permitted in the adult locker rooms or fitness center. Boys and Girls changing rooms and outdoor pool restrooms (when open for the season), are available for use by children under 9th grade.

  • Family Fitness guests are required to complete a guest registration form. Guests under 9th grade will need a parent of legal guardian to sign the form.

  • All other children’s usage rules apply.

GUESTS OF CHRISTUS HWC

HWC MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES 10 DAILY GUEST PASSES ($400 VALUE) WHICH ARE ADDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT EACH JANUARY. PASSES DO NOT ACCRUE ANNUALLY. ANY GUEST MUST ACCOMPANY THE MEMBER THE FIRST GUEST PASS USE.

  • Guests who do not abide by our conduct rules may be asked to leave with or without their member.

  • Guests who are asked to leave may be prohibited from obtaining an HWC membership.

  • A member who hosts a disruptive guest may have their membership put on hold, suspended or terminated.

  • We simply ask for everyone to treat each other with respect and as an HWC member we expect you to aid in our hospitality and guide them in complying with our policies in your member handbook.
