General Membership
CHRISTUS Health & Wellness Center memberships vary by commitment term. We offer several plans to fit your needs. All memberships carry an auto-renewal after the minimum commitment. Add-on discount(s) apply to spouse / partner, or child / dependent under 26 within the same household. Visit one of our HWC Membership or Customer Service representatives for all membership details. We also have discounts for students, veterans, corporate partners and seniors.

12-MONTH MEMBERSHIP $59 per month + $200 Enrollment
Add-on $40 per month + $100 Enrollment
CHRISTUS HWC GENERAL MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS WITH NO INITIAL ENROLLMENT FEE
MONTH-TO-MONTH $75 per month
12-month commitment, must provide a 30-day written notice to cancel
THREE-MONTH TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP $225
Perfect for summer or even triathlon training. Available once per year, per person.
PREMIER Membership A Club, Within a Club
Our very exclusive (limited to 200 members), club within a club was created to give you everything HWC has to offer like: your very own locker, and Premier-only small group training classes (reformer Pilates, TRX, much more), private events, MYZONE belt + membership, and Power Hour.
$135 per month + $0 ENROLLMENT and NO CONTRACT!
